In 1966 Emergency Medical Services was incorporated in to the organization after seeing it as a growing need within the community.  A lot has changed since then just like it has within the fire service.  In the early years members were only providing basic first aid and transporting the sick and injured to the hospital for more definitive care.  Today’s members have the ability to provide much more advance medical interventions in the field based on their level of training.  

We offer medical service from basic life support to advanced life support.  Currently we have several members that have obtained their Paramedic certifications that allows them to go beyond the basic skills and administer life saving drugs and perform advance air management techniques.
