Apparatus: Engine 35, Tanker 30, SERV 30, SERV 980, Engine 802, Truck 80, Ambulance 305
 
Crews were dispatched to the report of a kitchen fire at Hank's Smokehouse. The first officer arrived on scene to find light smoke coming from the basement of the structure. Engine 802 and Engine 35 arrived and extinguished a fire in one of the ovens. The fire was contained to the oven.
