Crews were dispatched for the report of a structure fire with entrapment at a apartment complex. Capt 30 arrived on scene and was advised by Elkton PD that there was fire in the stairwell and that the occupants of both apartments were trapped. A second alarm was added due to the entrapment and size of the structure. Engine 36's crew made entry and extinguished the fire. Damage was contained to the stairwell. |
