Elkton 100 Year Jubilee

On March 14th the Town of Elkton turned 100 years old and Life Member Herman Burkett was the guest of honor at Elkton's 100 Year Jubilee kickoff event. Herman who will also be celebrating his 100th birthday next month cut the ribbon opening the celebration center.
