While returning from another incident Engine 36 found a large woods fire threatening multiple residential areas. Engine 36 quickly called for additional units from McGaheysville and Shenandoah Vol. Fire Co.'s. Engine 36's crew did a size up and directed responding brush units where to go. The fire was contained after about 2 hours. No structures were put in immediate danger.
