3000 Block South Eastside Highway
 
Apparatus: Squad 33, SERV 31, SERV 30, SERV 980, Ambulance 305
 
Squad 33 was requested to assist SERV 980 with a injuries from a 15 foot fall on South Eastside Highway. Once on scene Squad 33 assisted personnel with removing a fence and moving the patient from the creek bed to the awaiting ambulance.
